Rachel Cashman, Licensed Professional Counselor (she/her/hers)

Welcome! I’m a holistic, trauma-informed mental health counselor. My practice is built on the belief that healing involves both exploring the intricate parts of who we are and finding balance as we flow with the rhythms of life. I specialize in treating Anxiety, OCD, Depression, and Trauma. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ego States Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). These methods allow me to help clients explore patterns, reconnect with strengths, and pursue balanced wellness. I also work with couples using Attachment Theory, IFS, and The Gottman Method.

My business name reflects my therapeutic philosophy. “Fractal” symbolizes the intricate patterns within each individual. These “parts” long to be understood and unburdened by our inner wisdom and personal strengths, often found within the “Core Self.” “Flow” represents our need for harmony and balance with the external world in order to have a seamless and fulfilling life experience. Together, these concepts guide my approach to helping you explore your inner world and navigate your surroundings with confidence and ease.
